Problem with Inbox

I keep getting this message in my email account aht is lined to this forum

I have twice deleted allmessages in my Inbox, but that is not helping.Drew:HELP

You need to empty your Inbox and/or Sent Items box - they are full.

Go to Control Panel > Inbox and Control Panel > Sent Items.
