All Shook Up, and blown away!

I hope and pray that all of our Canadian folks are well and safe after that big Quake last night? Worried me for I have several Canook friend's and my Boi there in Canada. And for those on the East Coast, Please be careful, be safe and well in the fa ce of that big storm coming in.

The Canucks on the West coast are reported to all be ok. Sunday, there were quite a few after stocks. Tsunami warnings were made in Hawaii but fortunately there was none in BC nor Hawaii.

We have been getting rain since Thursday and then on top of this we will get Sandy where I live. Sandy will meet our present cold front. Flooding is a possibility as well as power outages. I live near Lake Ontario and Sandy may pick up more rain or some connected issues.

I'm beginning to think that I should bring in garden furniture and stock up on water and things. We do not usually have the hurricanes. This time we may get more than just rain and wind.

With all of the advanced publicity on this, people should have been stocking up for this Weeks ago. Being prepared is a good thing.
