Anyhow, I usually fill my anal cavity as full as I can get it with warm water and try to keep it in me for at least 5 minutes or until I absolutely have to empty myself. hmmm...not sure about that. I don't think it's harmful because years ago, since there were no lubes available as there are today, people used KY jelly and vaseline for lube. As far as I know, it's not harmful but I don't know for certain. I wouldn't think so.
