What I find best for me is taking a fiber supplement daily like Metamucil. This keeps me pretty regular, and when I do have a BM it seems to clean me out pretty good. The only anal I have is my wife pegging me, so if I know that my wife has plans for this I try to eat lighter the day before, and with the daily fiber I am usually pretty good to go.
