I havent heard from Rissa in a while. Last I heard, her hubby was deploying for boot camp, and she was going back to school. Other than that, I doint know. :(

She was here, participated in almost every conversation and then, POOF! She was gone! No comment about going anywhere, or anything. I know she was pregnant again, don't know how far along she was.

Her husband wouldn't be going back to basic training/boot camp; he was already in the military. I think Rissa said he was about to be transferred overseas, though.

Strange that she'd just drop off the map, like that.

I feel so close to military families, since I was with 'em for over 30 years and know how tough life can be for them, sometimes. Believe me, it's not an easy life.

With Rissa having three little ones and another one on the way...geez, I don't know how the ladies do it! As one who's never had kids, the prospect of being responsible for that many little lives is a daunting task!

I don't know if she either had posted it on the boards or said it in the chat room or I got the info from another party--but I seem to recall that she said with her hubby deploying---she was going to make a move somewhere else and would be without an internet connection for some reason and didn't figure she would be on much if at all in the coming months---plus--she was not too far from having her baby----so that would take up time too.

I cannot swear to all of that--but I do seem to recall "hearing" that this was the case.

I'm not really sure loves, but I dont think she was pregnant any longer, unless there was a pregnancy that I hadnt heard of..lol Maybe we should send her stuff En Mass and let her know she is loved and missed...lol And if she did have a little one, I can see Why she hasnt had much time to do anything. :}

Maybe I got the preggers part about her wrong---I do remember her saying something about going and doing some singing or acting thing too when I think about it--sorry if my memory was wrong on her being preggers--we have a number of ladies who have been or are preggers now----I do get so confused at times!!! :bigrin::bigrin::bigrin: Must be early oldztimers kicking in!!!!

To the person above me. Since you are a newbie to the site here is a quick on Rissa .She is a member of this community who has wit charm and always has a kind word to say. The reason you should care is that she has been here longer than you and has established connections with several other members here. You should care because she is a memeber of this community. You would not go to a new job and over hear office members taling about another employee not being there and crassly say why should I care. When you have been here a while and make connections with others then you can say why should I care. Till then be repectful of others concerns for an absent member:2cents:

I took meds as Azrael and they are pointless.

My doctor decided that they made things worse.
